Kitchen and Family HubOur ice machine has included several large chunks of plastic missing both from the tray and the auger.
Contacted Samsung and was told I would receive a follow up but nothing 5 days later.
Seemed like they didn't want to stand by this product because I did not have warranty.
Seems like a pretty big failure of the ice bucket so how do I trust the replacement part?
