Has anyone experienced sauce or liquid seeping into the built-in shelf in the the French door section, this would be the shelf right above the filter, if so, what did you do. The Samsung tech suggested creating a slurry of baking soda and vinegar however there’s no place for this liquid to come out of once it’s done it’s cleaning magic, since the shelf is built in.
i have the The Samsung RF24R7201SR, 4 French door with the flexzone drawer.
Are you referring to the shelf above the crisper bins? I saw a YouTube video once on how to remove that shelf (in the instance of replacing the glass). But if you have stuff seeping down, you might be able to clean it by removing the bins.
