I need to defrost the ice maker. Family hub fridge will no longer go into Engineering Mode by tapping the screen after the latest software update. I've had the ice maker turned off in settings for 3 days and nothing has changed. It doesn't seem to turn off. Any suggestions?
Unplug your refrigerator from the outlet for at least 5 mins at minimum to 10 mins, then plug the refrigerator back into the outlet. Most times, unplugging will resolve issues.
