Freezer too cold

Our freezer is set too the warmest setting but everything in there is extremely cold. Typically you can have a freezer set to where the ice cream isn't a rock but on the warmest setting the ice cream for example is still impossible to scoop.

Does anyone know how to make it warmer?

maybe it has too much freon? can you unplug it maybe.

A defective temperature sensor or evaporator fan can send wrong signals, leading to overcooling.
