Kitchen and Family HubThe full door on our Model # NX58K7850SG/AA DuoFlex range, purchased in 2021, sticks and requires a good tug upward to open the range.
With the understanding that our range is out of warranty, we have contacted service via Samsung and were informed by an authorized service provider that the part to repair it is no longer available. I'm curious to our recourse for a 5 year old expensive range that is not able to be repaired.

Kitchen and Family HubYou may also be able to locate the part online in "used" good condition.

Kitchen and Family HubWe called into Samsung service to make a ticket with a local Authorized repair center. Without ever coming out, the repair center 'texted' the part was not available any longer, refunded our online deposit, and that was that.
We called Samsung Service again to see what our recourse was, and were routed to the exact same service center. We figured out that it was Quick Service CSP by the matching phone number on Samsung's Service Locator site, called them directly and were not at all impressed with their communication or customer service.
We called Detroit Appliance, LLC directly, second on the Samsung list list. A tech was at our house the next morning. He tightened 3 loose screws, made an adjustment, and our range door is functioning perfectly. There were zero parts needed.
I would love to know how to contact Samsung corporate directly to let them know that Quick Service CSP is not winning them customer satisfaction.

I'm glad you were able to get it fixed.
You can contact the "CEO" of Samsung by email and tell them the experience you had with customer service.
