I purchased the bespoke 4 drawer French version with all the bells and whistles.
the ice tray cover doesnโt work.
why?
the plastic deforms after you open the door.
this is why it works sometimes when you open the drawer after being closed for a while. Then look at it and watch as it flexes downward. Not only does it miss the hinge but it not hits the lower cover.
this piece needs to be thicker by 2x and its tray slots are to wide by 1mm. They could use a better quality plastic that doesnโt have a problem with temperature change.
anyway a clip is not a fix itโs a rig. wait til your friend asks why she has hair in her drink. lol Samsung needs to produce the correct part and mail it to everyone that wants it. Donโt they have enough bad press as it is .
i am returning mine and getting the 4 door flex that doesnโt need a cover. I loose my flex drawer but I wonโt need to say Iโm sorry for the hair in your drinks.
hopefully they do the right thing and produce the part.
