Kitchen and Family HubMy Bespoke refrigerator has an extra door for the beverage center. The latch that holds this door shut which is within the main door is broken. It's a tiny 1/2" piece of plastic that broke. Appliance repair guy says I'll probably have to replace the entire door. But the door isn't in stock anywhere. Even Samsung. What do I do now? And I'm really not happy with a 1/2" piece of thin plastic causing the replacement of an entire door assembly on a $2500 refrigerator that is less than two years old. Even if/when I can replace the door, it's going to break again!!!

- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
