I have a new Samsung HWQ600F sound bar. Im having trouble getting quality sound at low volume. I find the remote hard to adjust the sound, I can't get the sound to be balanced between bass and treble. There's not much bass, the volume is not level as advertised. Overall the sound quality is a little better than the tv. What is wrong?
Thank you for sharing. I am having a similar problem with my mobile device after the December system update. Bands 63 and 125 are grayed out on the 9 band equalizer effecting the deep rich sound.
