Home TheaterMy HW-Q600A soundbar is not producing sound out of my 9100S surround speakers. The 9100S is blue when the soundbar is on so I know bluetooth is working. How can I troubleshoot this?

Home TheaterThank you for sharing this concern with us, userVYYLXmrY1z. I can understand how frustrating this must be, not getting audio from your speaker. Since the light is solid blue, the wireless receiver is successfully paired to your HW-Q600A. The issue is likely related directly to the speaker. I would suggest inspecting any physical wire connections.
Since you have your device connected by bluethooth, I would also try doing a hard reset and see if that helps. To do this.
1) Turn off the soundbar.
2) Unplug the power cord for both the soundbar and the 9100S receiver for 60 seconds.
3) Plug them back in and power them on.
If this does not help, you can send us a private message so we can set up a service repair for you.

Home TheaterHi. Thanks for responding. I tried these steps and it didn't work. I would be fine with replace the rear speaker cables. Does Samsung still sell the type I need?
