Home TheaterMy brand new Samsung Q930F makes a popping noise every now and then, but only via bluetooth. When I connnect it to my TV via bluetooth there are also sometimes very short interruptions. I have been using it for a few weeks and two times the soundbar was disconnected completey from bluetooth
The popping only occurs on SSC, no problems on SBC.

Home TheaterHello kopaturex,
we are sorry to hear about the concerns you're reporting with your new soundbar. A buzzing, crackling, or humming noise could be caused by electrical feedback and to be as accurate as possible in assisting you with that matter, we would like to ask additional questions. Is this happening when connecting to a Samsung branded TV? Is the software for your TV current and up-to-date? Have you checked the audio connection cable (if applicable)? Does the popping sound occur when connected to a different external device/ soundbar or TV?
Since you've reported this only occurs on SSC, have you attempted to adjust the settings on your Samsung TV? We recommend for you to navigate to Menu > Settings (All Settings) > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > Signal History > HDMI Delay Level, and select the desired option.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Home TheaterNo. it is a Panasonic FZ800E with the latest update it received. I use ARC and tested it with eARC on a LG G4 with the latest updates. There are no problems with this connection method. The problem occurs on bluetooth SSC and AAC on a Galaxy S25+, a Galaxy S10+ and a Panasonic FZ800E, no problems on SBC.

Home TheaterThank you for that information @userpOGvnQvJ9L! I do want to let you know that we can't guarantee compatibility with third party devices. Are you located within the United States as the model code for the Soundbar isn't pulling up as a US model?
