Hello my soundbar HW-MS550 does not function because i can not turn it on and off its like in a demo mod where i cant do anything. When i plug it in it goes on than its in D.IN moden than turns off and on and it goes like this. The Buttons on the soundbar do nothing and the remote controll also. What can i do?
@DrumHaas Did it work before? Did you just purchase it? If you just purchased it and it isn't working, I would suggest that you return it for a replacement or refund.
