Samsung Rear speakers SWA-9500S not connect with HW-Q850D only one speaker work!,

I try to connect both speaker left and right but only connect left speaker!!

I am having the same problem and am unclear is the Q850D soundbar is compatible with the SWA-9500S rear speaker kit. Can someone confirm one way or the other?

I would like to know as well.  Samsung chat told me these are compatible.  Right now, I can only get one speaker connected.  I'm about to return my entire Samsung set up and get a different brand.
