Sometime recently I noticed my rear speakers weren’t playing sound anymore and I tried troubleshooting the issue by resetting the soundbar and trying the ID Set button to connect on the soundbar and receiver for the speakers, making sure surround content was playing and it was set to “surround”, and making sure firmware was up to date on the Samsung SmartThings app. However, nothing seems to work and the receiver for the rear speakers goes back to standby mode. Never had this issue the first two years of owning it. The only thing I can think of is our dog chewed up the factory soundbar remote so we had to buy an off market replacement. I could still access the IDSet function by holding up on the replacement remote though so not sure this has an impact. I have a Samsung QN90A. Any help much appreciated!
