Home TheaterSame issue. 5 month old soundbar not working suddenly today. Soundbar says “TV eARC” and factory resetting is not working. Soundbar seems frozen/unresponsive.

Home TheaterSame here mate! Spent hrs last night thinking I'd messed something up! Then another 2hrs on Samsung chat this morning having me do this and do that and still nothing 😭 apparently an engineer is coming out 🤷🏻 mines 4 months old, I'm in the UK 🇬🇧

Home TheaterI have the same issue.
Came home to a non-responding soundbar.
Reset with plus-minus buttons does not work.
Turning the soundbar on/off with remote works.
Display only shows eARC as source.
USB update does not work. Tried freshly formated USB stick with NTFS and FAT32. but no luck.
