Home TheaterI have a HW-Q990C/XU soundbar and have always had problems with it. Currently the issue is that when switching between content on Netflix for example I will occasionally hear a loud crack/pop when the content finishes playing (I switch to new audio or it finishes playing/resets). I am using an apple TV, with a samsung TV using HDMI and eARC connections. I have tried multiple cables so I'm pretty sure it's not the cable . I have updated and think I'm using the latest firmware versions:
M-0038.0
B-1010.5
H-0111.0
W-6856.0
S-6856.0
RR-6856.0
RL-6856.0
WW-6856.0
HUB-0602.0
I have no-where else to turn, everything is a samsung product so I expected it to just work, but turns out wifi sound bars are completely broken.

Home TheaterHi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can definitely understand how annoying that would be. I have a couple links that might help resolve this. The first has some general steps you can take for any abnormal sounds from the soundbar:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218483/
This next link has some more specific steps for if you're hearing static from the sound bar:

Please let us know if this helps.
