Home TheaterSame here. Mine started Thursday, I tried unplugging it, tried holding in the eject button, etc. There must have been an update or something sent because I see tons of complaints with folks who were connected to the internet.

Home TheaterYes I have unplugged it for over and hour and it still cycles on and off when plugged in. Can't get error messages because it never completes its boot cycle. This started today about 10 AM PDT when I started the unit and activated the NETFLIX App. The App froze so I turned off the unit and the TV and then turned both back on. The cycling problem started and has continued. Need to know how to reset. From the number of these complaints that you are getting today, June 19, 2020, I would guess that you have a hacker bug or something.

Home TheaterI've also tried holding the power and eject button for 10 seconds to reset. The unit just continues to cycle on and off at about a 3 second period while I have the button pressed and after.

Home TheaterThis issue is affecting hundreds, maybe thousands of customers having the same type of product. Mine is an HT-J5530 Home theatre that keeps loading the disc, over and over and causing sound not to work. Most of us have tried the various quick fixes like reset, restart, etc, but nothing works. What is more annoying is the fact that Samsung is not acknowledging the issues nor offering any explanations. Kindly look into your firmware or recent update that may be causing this and get us a fix as soon as possible.

So are y'all going to fix our sh*t?
Infinite reboot loop on multiple models around the world, all starting within 48 hours of each other. Either you got hacked or you decided that we needed to buy more products.

Home TheaterI have the same exact problem with my Samsung BD-JM57C. There is a dvd stuck in there are it keeps cycling on and off saying no disc inside. I cannot use it for YouTube, Netflix or anything. It was working 2 days ago. I think Samsung pushed some firmware changes that have resulted in this issue. HELP.
