I ordered an SSD on black Friday.... it got lost in the mail.... now Samsung doesn't want to refund me or send out a new one.... it's 23 days later.... I should have just bought the off the shelf WD.... using the military rewards and the black Friday deals trying to save a couple of bucks was definitely not the move.... I'm putting Samsung on the back burner for awhile.... I've been on iPhone strike since the 6s.... that's how long I hold grudges.... I'm switching to Google now....

GamingThey have to wait for UPS to complete its investigation and they have to send the documentation that UPS requires. They are likely insured the package for it's retail value and would like to recoup that prior to refunding you - not your problem, theirs. However, do realize that BF shopping and shipping is hectic along with the normal holiday packages being shipped, so things are bound to be delayed and misdirected. With modern shipment tracking methods, packages rarely are truly lost, just sometimes misplaced in the transfer facility. Of course, that does not preclude some grabby employee deciding that they are going to abscond with some packages. So, if you don't want to wait any longer, put in your dispute with your credit card company. Otherwise wait until UPS tries to locate the package, which they will attempt to do as soon as Samsung sends whatever documentation they need.
