Watch active 2 is not turning on, but shows charging info

I got a new Samsung watch active 2 and charged it to 100 percent yesterday. Then I tried to set it up, but I saw nothing.

Then I saw a post of someone saying he had the same problem and somebody else said to reset it and to let the watch die 

So I reset it and let it died 

Now I trying today to set it up but nothing...

Ik its not the watch screen because it shows the charging info

Since the watch is 6 years old it sounds like the watch finally failed. Plus the Watch Active hasn't been supported for a while now.

While it might be new to you, it was released in 2019. It is running Tizen, you will not have any support for it. Tizen was shut down in June.
