It seems SAMSUNG deleted all watch support for older models that use TizenOS. I lost all watch faces I purchased. THIS WHY I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG WATCH. HOW CAN THEY JUST DELETE EVERYTHING YOU PURCHASED WITHOUT A WAY TO RECOVER THEM AND STILL USE THEM. BASICALLY IT'S THEFT. I AM FURIOUS!
It is not theft, it is end of life for a product. Nothing is forever. If it helps, think of those watch face purchases as rentals. Your rental agreement has run out.

This is a stupid answer to a completely samsung manufactured problem. You want people to not be able to enjoy devices they paid hundreds of dollars for, just to force us to buy a new one? Not me. Last samsung product I will ever buy, and I have been firmly entrenched in the samsung ecospace for years now.
No one said you have to support it forever, but it wasnt broken, there was no need to "fix" it
