My Watch 7 updated to OneUI8.0 the other day.
So far, it's been going well with no major issues - except one.
I changed no settings after the update from what they were before. I have the notifications set to always show on both the watch and phone, and 99% of my notifications come to the watch. But, no matter what I do, I cannot get medication reminders to come to the watch. I have notifications turned on for both the watch app and the phone app, and the notifications always appeared on both prior to the update. Since the update, sometimes the medications reminders do not even appear on the phone at all - which is very odd, since the update to the watch should not have affected the phone at all. It's not that critical that the notifications don't come to the watch as long as they come to the phone, but if they are not even coming to the phone - that's a problem.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a way to fix it without resetting the watch? I DID clear the watch's cache partition after the update.

Galaxy WatchYou should definitely put in an error report. It's still there in the support section of the members app for you.

Galaxy WatchI did put in an error report. Two, as a matter of fact. One for the watch and one for the phone, since they always tell me they are only capable of handling one issue per error report.

Galaxy WatchThis is a serious issue for me at the moment, as I am temporarily on a different medication schedule than usual, and have three temporary medications that have to be taken at precise intervals. It's a very inconvenient time for this to be happening.

Galaxy WatchI am very disappointed that with every software update Samsung continues to break something along the way. This should NOT be one of them, its too important for one's life. I suggest looking in the Playstore for an alternative app for medication reminders.
