Galaxy WatchTile Layout Details
Horizontally: Tiles are arranged in a horizontal sequence, and you swipe left or right from the watch face to move between different tile pages.
Vertically: The new One UI 8 Watch update introduced "Multi-Info Tiles" (or "stackable tiles") for Samsung's first-party apps, which allow you to stack multiple related widgets within a single horizontal tile space and scroll vertically through them.
This means you can have one full-screen tile per horizontal page, or multiple smaller widgets stacked vertically on a single page if the app supports the new multi-info format. The total limit of individual tiles/widgets you can add across all pages remains at 15.

Galaxy WatchI think my problem would be not knowing the max number of tiles that can be stacked under a tile section, and how many tile section can we have horizontally on the watch.
Does this help?
