Galaxy Watch Active 2 started glitching out opening random apps then froze completely. I did a factory reset and upon restart and syncing with my phone it is giving me the "Try again. Touch the screen with your palm to turn it off." I have tried resetting it again, same error. I have tried using my full palm, both hands, tapping it, holding it for several seconds; same error. I need this fixed ASAP!!

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your watch doesn't function for the intended use. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Also try to cover the watch screen with your full palm for 30 seconds.

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a service repair.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
