Watch is a flashlight after update

Did my screen go out or did my galaxy 5 watch have an issue with the last update, that morning it was on the charger. As I picked it up, it said update complete, then the face started flashing/glitch info. It lasted maybe 3 seconds, then all the color was basically gone and it looks like a bright light. I restarted. Cleared cashe. Adjusted brightness settings. I hope my screen didn't just go out. 😞

Try going in the wearables app, turn off Adaptive brightness and turn the brightness down till a little under halfway, and see if that resolves the issue.  If it does work, make sure to submit an error report anyway through members app to report it.

No matter what I adjust the little scrollbar 2, with the Adaptive brightness off, it doesn't change what I see. I can actually see the images and numbers on my phone, just everything is got like a cover of brightness over it

That's what I think is the weird thing. I can actually make out the time, the backgrounds, and kind of what I'm doing. My touch screen definitely still works.

Like I can make out the time on this watch says 0909
