Can anyone help explain why my Galaxy Watch 3 stopped tracking my resting heart rate a year ago? Was it an update that changed it, or are any other peeps still able to see thier resting rate?

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance the measurement of Heart Rate can play on our daily lives and I would be happy to look into this further for you. The heart rate can be set to different integrals on your watch. Give this link a try under the Continuously measure your heart rate section for further assistance in making sure your heart rate setting are being monitored properly: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00083511/ and https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003204/
If you have verified the settings are correct, and you are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend factory resetting your watch. Give this link a try for steps to factory reset your Galaxy watch 3: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If the factory reset on your device doesn't allow your resting heart rate to be monitored properly, I would recommend reaching out to our Samsung Health team directly at (855) 795-0509 for further assistance. Another option would be to contact our customer service team directly to see what repair options may be available for your device at 1-800-726-7864.
