My watch seems to not be calibrated, the heart rate jumps 20 to 30 points while doing nothing. The sleep is way too sensitive some days and other days it barely reads anything. This is a Samsung watch 8...

Having similar issue as watch doing Hr and o2 but recording awake for most of sleep time.
