Lost a workout due to this Watch reset issue

This is ridiculous! I lost a workout because of this reset thing with Samsung!

So much for the backup! That's not my watch face. Why do backups not backup anything? Have to go through all the permissions YET AGAIN.

What is interesting, it has provided me with an option to transfer the watch to this new phone. What's odd is that it's the same phone.
