In the US, the Samsung Health Monitor app for blood pressure monitoring on Galaxy Watches is not yet available due to the lack of FDA approval.

Itā€™s been in limbo for years for some reason the fda wonā€™t approve it right now

Blood pressure cuffs are a $1b industry. That is why!

They didn't bribe the right people. I'm sure it will be easier now.

There is a workaround that will allow you to add it to your device. Do a search for it online, I can confirm that it does work.

Go to the XDA site and search Dante63. He has a functional workaround. I don't use it, though, just a personal preference, as I think that the Samsung methodology should work, is accepted in many other countries, and should be acceptable here. The workaround works well as far as I can see based on user commentary.
