Hi,

It's my 4th day of using Galaxy Watch 7 and I am facing an issue with Energy Score feature. Under Energy Score > Energy Score Factors > Previous day Activity, I see that the 'Your usual range' (green bar) adapting to daily numbers for all the metrics except 'Active time' which has been stuck on 1-2 mins even though I have consistently recorded higher 'Active time' which can be seen in 'Daily activity' (heart shaped rings. Also, the actuals are displayed correctly in Energy Score and the problem is only with 'Your usual range'.

My active time across 4 days is as follows:

23/6 - 23 mins

24/6 - 144 mins

25/6 - 124 mins

26/6 (so far) - 64 mins

  • Can someone help diagnose this issue and confirm if the watch is faulty? The issue seems isolated to how the “Your usual range” is calculated/displayed for Active time. Could someone please help diagnose this? I’d like to confirm whether this is a software glitch or possibly a hardware issue with the watch.

You should put in an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
