I was tired of having my texts blocked on my watch and every search came up with the same answer: Turn off Enhanced Notifications. We all know now that not all phones have that Enhanced feature. So I did more digging and found a solution that worked, SO FAR🤞, on my S22 Ultra & Galaxy 4 watch.

Here are the steps:
Go to Settings - then Notifications - then Advanced Settings - then TURN OFF "Suggest Actions and Replies for Notifications" .

Fix for Sensitive Notifications Content Hidden

That's all! If it starts to block texts again I'll update this to let you all know.

7/6/25 UPDATE: 1 month later and I'm still getting all of my text on my watch. No more blocks.

This is not the solution and doesn't fix the problem.

Well I hate to burst your bubble but I own the S22 Ultra and Galaxy 4 Watch, I Turned that off and like magic I've had absolutely ZERO issues getting ANY text on my Watch now. So YES IT DOES WORK. Maybe it depends on the phone or watch model. I don't know but it worked perfectly for my devices. Others are yelling from rooftops to turn off Enhanced Notifications. Evidently not all S Series had that feature. The ones that don't I guess have to turn off Suggestive Replies.

Turning off the "Enhanced notifications" option did not work for me. The following steps did seem to fix it though.

1. Go to phone settings

2. Go to Apps > App management

3. Find the Galaxy Watch Manager app

4. Go to Manage notifications > set to off

5. Go back one menu and click on Permissions

6. Click on Nearby devices > set to disallow

7. Go back one menu and click on Memory > delete (of clear) cache

8. Repeat steps 4, 5, 6 & 7 for the Galaxy Wearable app

9. Reboot the phone

10.Turn back on the notifications and allow access to nearby devices for both apps

Not that I have noticed yet. I haven't seen anything different from before and after...

It's in your phone settings.
