So last night it took me a few hours to nod off after having an argument with my partner, I went to be at 1, and I checked my watch for the time at 2 and 3, and I fell asleep around 3.30.

So I know it took me hours to fall asleep but my watch says it took 19 minutes at that I was asleep by 2.30. Ive had insomnia before as well and so I know theres been multiple times when its gotten things wrong. Is there anyway I can manually correct any of the info when I know its wrong, or is there anyway to make it all more accurate. Its always giving me a high sleep score and energy score, even when I'm exhausted and I know I haven't slept well.
