Title says it all. Sometimes it claims I am doing really well but I feel like I need more sleep that day or something else.

Also. Any ways to fix that? I've been thinking of getting a Samsung Ring but they're so expensive I'm gonna have to wait a while.

It's important to remember that Galaxy devices are not considered medical devices, while the sleep apnea detection is FDA approved, general sleep tracking is not, and energy scores are based on a VERY limited data set.

If your energy score does not seem to reflect your physical feeling of wellbeing, something else may be off, and you may want to consult a trusted health provider.

Noted. It's weird because most of the time it has been pretty accurate. Sleep time has been so so. Stress is generally ok in the levels but the timing is often way off 😂

I'm wondering if you or any other Galaxy Watch users have found a specific metric to be helpful in gaging overall wellness (caveats as mentioned understood and taken into consideration of course).

I personally do not use my Galaxy devices for sleep tracking, as I have a diagnosed sleep disorder and use medical equipment that tracks and assists my sleep.

I do use the other Samsung health features during my waking hours and find them useful and accurate.

Sorry I can't be of more assistance here.

It's all good. I also use a CPAP and it's been helpful but it's far from perfect either.
