Galaxy watch ultra starts fast counting steps when charging

It looks like my galaxy watch ultra start counting steps as soon as I put it on charging. And it count faster than usual. It doesn't slow down even if I stop charging. It works good after a reset but repeat the same process after it drains out of battery and I start charging again. Any suggestions? Thank you.

@maizbha The first step I would try is resetting the watch. I haven't seen this from my Galaxy Watch Ultra.

I did reset and it works fine until next charging. Next time I started charging it the fast step counting continues. Is there anything or any specific set up setting i am missing here?

There are no settings for adjusting step rate counting. And charging shouldn't affect the rate.

I would contact Samsung support either through the Samsung Members app or via the web site.

Mine was doing the same thing. Reset did nothing. They have me send it in for repair over 2 weeks and they lost my watch.
