Galaxy WatchAbout six months ago, I encountered a problem with my Galaxy Watch5. It would frequently lose connection to my Motorola Android phone, even when they were next to each other. When I opened the Galaxy Wearable app, I discovered that it had lost all recognition of my watch, requiring me to re-establish the connection. This process was quite frustrating.
Approximately a month later, the same issue occurred again. Recently, I purchased a Galaxy Watch7, and within the first week, I experienced the same disconnection issue with the Wearable app three times.
I believe I may have identified a potential pattern. During one of the disconnections, I intentionally turned off Bluetooth on my phone for about five minutes. When I turned it back on, my watch would not reconnect. Upon checking the Galaxy Wearable app, I found it had navigated to the page prompting me to connect a new watch.
Currently, my Watch7 has remained connected for about 24 hours. Before reconnecting for the third time, I took several steps to troubleshoot the issue: I deleted all Samsung apps on my phone (including the Wearable app and the Watch7 app), cleared the cache from my Google Chrome browser on the Samsung website, reset my Bluetooth settings, and performed a factory reset on my watch.
I hope others have experienced this issue and can provide solutions or insights. Thank you!
