Galaxy WatchHi, I recently bought a Samsung galaxy watch 8 from AT&T store. It stopped charging after a week. I have been since then trying to get support from AT&T and Samsung, but nobody is responding properly. I have spent hours of time on call as they put you on hold to check things back end, but nothing came out fruitful. Samsung says, you can ask AT&T, and Vice versa. I am very unhappy!
I am not knowing how to put up the solution for my issue, but I received a new charger from Samsung! I am very glad they responded well after some hustle! But Kudos to Samsung! thanks, my problem was solved. Also, A big thanks to all of the people who responded on this thread to help me. Thanks !
