My Galaxy watch freeze frequently. There are times I can't get the workout apps to work. I have to restart my watch every 2 weeks to get those things to work.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Galaxy watch freezing and workout apps not working properly. This can be quite frustrating.

The first thing you can try is to reset your Galaxy watch to its factory settings. This will erase all data from your watch, so make sure to back up any important information before proceeding. To reset your Galaxy watch:

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Quick Settings panel.
2. Tap on the Settings icon.
3. Scroll down and tap on General.
4. Scroll down and tap on Reset.
5. Tap on the tick icon to confirm.

Once your Galaxy watch has been reset, set it up as new and test your workout apps and other features.

If resetting your Galaxy watch doesn't solve the problem, it may be a hardware issue. In this case, I would recommend contacting Samsung support or visiting a Samsung store to have your watch checked by a technician.

I hope this helps!

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concerns with your watch becoming unresponsive. If the watch screen is slow to respond or doesn't respond to touch, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. I would recommend giving this link a try, as this appears to be an issue with the watching becoming unresponsive: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003105/

If you tried all the troubleshooting steps, I would recommend a service repair. If your device is in warranty: Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
