I have a Galaxy Watch 5 and the waterlock seems to be stuck. I tried turning it off and midway through the tone it stopped and didn't complete the process. Now, the icon for the water lock is constantly visible in grey and I cannot retry, its simply frozen.
If I leave the watch screen to enter sleep mode then it allows me to try again. But, each time I try to unlock it again it starts the process, however an error is soon following "can't play water ejection sound while another sound is playing". However, there is no other sound playing?
Well in my case i took a shower and activated water lock and took watch off, after a while by pressing home button it would react that is about to deactivate but it would revert to lock on without reaction from any touch or button pressing. Luckily i have emergency call activated on 5 home button pressings that took away the lock thus enabling all functionality to normal. Good luck...
