I am writing to report a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, which I purchased for ₹20,000. After installing the most recent software update, the watch became non-functional and is now stuck on an orange screen, with no way to reset or recover it.

I have attempted all standard troubleshooting steps including force restart, booting into recovery, and wiping cache. None of these methods have resolved the issue.

This appears to be a known issue, as I have discovered multiple reports from users across India and globally facing the exact same problem, all starting after the same recent update. This suggests that the issue was caused by a faulty software update pushed by Samsung.

Unfortunately, when visiting your service center, I was informed that the repair would not be covered, despite the fact that this problem was not caused by any user damage. This is extremely disappointing and unfair.

Thanks for reaching out. Support for US products is the focus of this forum. As your device is a non-US model information is severely limited. We kindly suggest that you use this link to look for a support team in the area your product was manufactured in: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite/

Additionally, if you scroll to the bottom of the page on the website for your region, you might discover that your nation provides its very own support forums, just like this one! Just look for the Community Option.
