Galaxy Watch is paired to a previous phone I no longer have

My Galaxy Watch 5 is currently paired to my Flip 4 which I no longer have. How do I pair it to my Flip 5 now?

Sadly, this doesn't work as the watch has been reset and the transfer option is not there. I'm wondering if there is a total factory reset to be done so it wipes out everything.

1. Swipe down to open settings
2. Click the Gear icon
3. Click on General
4. Click on Transfer watch to new phone

The transfer option is not there. The watch has been reset.

If the watch has been reset, it will no longer be paired to your earlier phone.

That's what you'd think, but it says "Paired to previous device" then won't allow it to pair to my current. It searches but never connects.

@CartyHere Sounds like you need to contact Samsung support directly.
