As most of you know the Google pixel 10 was released today with Android 16 With QPR 1 and I just wanted to let everyone know that as it is right now The Galaxy watch 8 Does NOT work with Pixel 10 and Android 16 at all.
I tried to speak with Official support chat today and that was 100% a complete waste of time. the support rep was just reading me Auto replies on how to pair devices with bluetooth.
I hope someone at Samsung will see this and please forward this to someone that can get the Dev's to take a look at what's going on
i cant believe that the genuine inventor off android is sticking his head in the sand and leave all brand new pixel 10 owners hanging... This is a aliexpress response on a 5 dollar product, its shocking!!
I’m experiencing a consistent issue when trying to pair my Galaxy Watch Ultra with a Pixel 10 Pro.
During setup, both devices display the same PIN code.
On the Pixel, the pairing popup disappears almost immediately, while the watch stays waiting.
Eventually the watch shows an error, and the Pixel reports “Incorrect PIN or passkey.”
Things I’ve tried without success:
Factory reset of both phone and watch
Resetting Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/Mobile on Pixel
Forgetting all devices and retrying
Installing Galaxy Wearable + plugins fresh, and attempting to pair from the app instead of Bluetooth settings
The watch will pair with older Pixels (e.g. Pixel 7 Pro) without issue, so this appears to be specific to the Pixel 10 Pro.

What kind of threat? What are you going to do if they don't? It's best to be explicit with your threats. It's already been established it's a Pixel issue and Google should be working with Samsung to fix it.

To be explicit since you like specificity....😐..... A threat that Google will miraculously fix this when they get a good number of pre-orders for Pixel 4 watch. (Thank you Lovapetri)

People vote with their dollars and replacing something is not hard.
How is that even a threat? I thought perhaps you were threatening violence. Samsung is not going to lose market share because their watches don't connect with one particular Pixel model. Have you considered that it is deliberate sabotage by Google in order to sell more Pixel watches, or Pixel bundles? The fact of the matter is, in all things, staying within a single ecosystem makes incompatibility a non issue.
