I purchased the Galaxy Watch 8, and the included band is far too short to fit my wrist—something that should have been accounted for in the design.

I contacted Samsung Support expecting a simple replacement, but I was told I’d need to pay for a longer band, even though this is clearly a sizing issue—not customer error.

I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of resolution, especially for a premium-priced watch. Samsung should provide customers with a properly fitting band, free of charge.

Please advise if anyone has received proper support for this. I hope Samsung reconsiders how it handles basic customer satisfaction.

Yes, but the default is S/M, and most people don't get a small watch with the M/L band. Its not hard to get the M/L band with the 40mm, but most people don't think about it. The get the small watch, so they get the small band, or get the big watch so they get the big band. Common sense.

I ordered the 46mm and the M/L band and the band is still too short.  They need to offer a plain L or have an L/XL option.

well im 6'3 250lbs & i got the 44 with the m/l but its too small. is that the biggest size Samsung has? paid so much for it about a week ago & now it sits in my drawer. I've been looking on Amazon. foran aftermarket, but they never say how long they are, i'm not sure what to do. & Samsung is absolutely no help If you call about anything .  i have had almost every galaxy phone only missed a couple &when I got my s twenty five ultra had it for maybe a month or 2 was still under warranty. They did that update. And it literally blacked my screen, I pricked my phone, it was useless. I contacted them so many times wrote them called them messaged him. They would do absolutely nothing, even though I had warranty. And even though it was their fault for putting that update out

I ended up having to buy another one. fans, they are not cheap dealing with them on. That issue made me want to never buy Samsung again. But unfortunately, they do make the best phones. I couldn't even find one compatible. believe me if I could have found one even close to comparable in specs, I would have never looked back. samsung has the worst customer service. I have ever experienced in any company With that said unfortunately, there's not another phone. Even close to his good that I could find so they get to keep getting away with being a **bleep** company
