The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡
Here's irony, I test software and mobile phones and communication devices for my real job. I was really thorough in troubleshooting this issue as I thought for sure it was an isolated problem when it initially happened. I mean how could Samsung have an issue of this magnitude going on without having addressed and fixed it. Then I started doing research and I was literally blown away by the staggering amount of posts and by how long this has been an ongoing issue without a sound resolution. Software and devices will have issues it's just a fact and I don't think anyone expects perfection from Samsung. But for them to not have a solution by now and to continue hiding, yes I said it, their failure is awful. The old saying "The coverup is always worse than the crime" has never been more true. I'm not suggesting that this is criminal in any way but Samsung is definitely not being open and honest regarding this problem.
I'm not sure why this is happening, but my watch and Buds will randomly disappear from my PHONE and fully reset. I have to re-pair my buds and completely set up my entire watch at least once a week. Is this happening to anyone else? Any ideas?
