Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra resetting

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

They only announced the identification of the problem last week.  Would you give them time to make the patch they said they were working on, or do you think it's magic - identify the problem and it's automatically fixed?

Where is the FIX for this issue, this is unacceptable.  I have had to reset my watch more than 10 times.

Having severe battery drain where it drains 100% in 2 hours and the only way to stop it is to basically turn it off. It starts to burn your arm. Last Friday on April 4th I woke up to an automatic reset and couldn't

Two months after Samsung's reply and still nothing .....S24 ultra Galaxy watch ultra here. Have had this issue about 10 times now to include this morning.

I got it around February 19th it is now April 7th it has disconnected and made me reset it 3 times already. Software is updated at&t said nothing wrong that they can see told me to contact samsung they told me to post here and see if yall can fix the bug!

Same thing happened with mine, I got mine through my carrier so they just replaced it.

They told me it falls under manufacturing warranty and Samsung needs to replace it. They want to see if it gets fixed before they have to do that ig

There's a long convoluted thread the moderators put together of all the posts about this. It's a bug in the January OS release. They're supposedly working on a fix in the next update.
