Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra resetting

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

How's this patch coming? For a big company and an expensive device like this I'm tired of having to reboot my watch and restore the backup you guys need to push out the patch faster

4 times in 3 weeks for me. Galaxy Watch Ultra. Considering getting my Watch 6 Classic out again!

My GW6C had not had a single connection issue and less bugs than the Ultra. The only thing going for the ultra is the battery life and that's pretty bad as well compared to other ultra watches on the market.

I turned my LTE plan off and am only going with the BT connection a week or so ago. I haven't had a connection or reset issue since. So far so good. Another plus is battery life is closer to what Samsung advertised for the Ultra. Still got other bugs though that I don't see in the GW6C.

They only announced the identification of the problem last week.  Would you give them time to make the patch they said they were working on, or do you think it's magic - identify the problem and it's automatically fixed?
