Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra resetting

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

This happens to me at least once a week extremely frustrating. I never had an issue with my Frontier watch.

There is a known bug. Samsung is working on it and supposedly will be releasing a fix with the next update.

Hello, I think you are using life360 app. I think it cause this issue. Why don't you remove it?

The same thing happened to me. I had to restore my watch. It happens occasionally. Crazy how Samsung hasn't put out a fix for this.

Same issues, Samsung had me send my watch in for a repair. Swapped out the printed board. Got watch back 2 days ago and my watch just did it again. Extremely frustrating. Have been buying Samsung products for 20 years. Seriously debating trying apple. Galaxy S24 ultra and Watch ultra are my current devices.

I send my for repairs according to samsung they replaced bpa, so I am waiting to arrived to see if the issue was fixed, I have samsung z fold 6 and watch ultra, if different samsung model phones are having this issue, is safe to assumed is not the phines but the watch.
