The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. šŸ˜”

When you open the wearable app and press the icon at the bottom of screen where I have circled you aren't able to get to your devices?
Then tap on the device you want to connect to.

I don't have this problem on any of my devices in the Wear app. 1741192308862.jpg1741192308875.jpg

Yes, when I look into my wear app, I have the same thing as you shown in your pics.

I have read in this forum that on the reset setting up as new fixes this issue. Perhaps you have a corrupted backup that keeps getting installed.

I'll have to look into it. I did hit replace backup this time, so I'll see what happens tonight when it does it. Thank you for everything. Hopefully, something works, lol

Many people are having this issue. The are several posts on here relating to this issue with various possible fixes. Ranging from deleting cache partitions, to deleting backups, setting up a a new watch. I've seen some posts where people have reported it is happening several times. The best I can gather is it had something to do with an os updated in January. I'm also getting random pair requests as well. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-Watch/Random-pair-watch-message-and-then-watch-disconnect...

Is the fix resetting it as new device or should I wait on update from Samsung?
