I escalated this in an email but can't find it. Now for the third time my GWU has disconnected from my S23Ultra for the third time. It's battery was less than 15% so I put it on to charge and for no reason it thinks I'm added it to a new phone. Both devices are Samsung and latest patch. This is ridiculous for such an expensive watch to have to be re-setup so often.

I have the same problem and I've had mine do this 3 times. Every time I charge it it makes me reset it because it says I'm connecting it to a new phone. I'm so sick of this! I doubt I'll ever get another Samsung watch.

I was just having this problem. So I went on the member's app and saw that my watch wasn't registered. So I registered it while it was charging and had already disconnected from my phone. When it was fully charged I expected to have to reset it but I didn't have to. Now I'm wondering if it was doing that because my watch wasn't registered? I don't know but I hope it was that and I have no idea why it wasn't registered. So that could be the real problem.

Having the same issue as well but mine is doing it daily and making me reset it and pair with my phone . It's super aggravating consider what we pay for these devices

I'm on my 11th time? Samsung sent me a message saying it has something to do with Life 360. However , when I uninstalled it for a couple days, the watch still did the disconnect and reset. Also, if it's Life 360 causing it, why isn't my GW6C affected by this as well? They're both running the same OS.
I disconnected LTE to see if that helps as the non ultra watches which I've seen have this issue also have LTE. Who knows.

I feel you. I've been trying to figure it out and submit reports every time it's happened. Just have to wait to see if they release an update soon. I'm hoping the LTE shut off fixed it for me because I'm tired of dealing with it. It's been a very unhappy and rough conversion from Apple to Android. Way too many bugs in production OS releases. I'm not sure why Android users have put up with this for so long? I use to developer beta test Apple and he One UI 7 and Watch UI 6 both feel like late betas before a production release. I've had the phone and watches for less than 2 months and I'm ready to trade them in on something else regardless if I take a financial hit.
