GPS and AOD broken after latest galaxy watch update

Its already been posted here about the AOD being broken with the workout screen after the latest watch update. But it also appears to have affected the GPS accuracy as well. It might not be noticiable for some unless your doing long distance workouts, but my regular runs were typically around 7.1 - 7.15km with great consistancy. And when you looked at the map, the gps tracking lines were always clean and straight, which with the watch 7 is attribured to its dual gps design. But now immediately after the update which had already broken the AOD workout screen for live data, i am getting poor gps tracking lines and the last two runs coming out to over 7.3km for the exact same route. Which it had never done in the past. It feels like they have potentially adjusted the gps settings to try save some battery and sacrificed the gps accuracy as a result.

It is a MASSIVE understatement on how frustrated i am about this new update and has caused me much distress because of how i hate when things mess with my exercuse routine so destructively.

I had an update today, so I hope it fixes this issue, but I doubt it.  Samsung should be ashamed of themselves to cause this with an update and let the gps on their watch be absolutely useless for this long.  one mountain bike ride added 10 miles to a known 14 mile route as pictured with weird zig zags.  I got a pr that I didn't deserve and now strava is infected with  your crappy, inaccurate data.

Just a reminder for people to report these issues through the memebers app, this thread and the members app submissions are about the only way to get samsungs attention short of creating a social media movement.

Update.  I returned one ultra and have the same issue on a new one.  I thought the gps issue would resolve once I brought my connected phone, but same issue.  Meanwhile, Samsung is staying silent.  What would be the best way to get their attention for this unacceptable product?

1. Mass social media attention?

2. Demand a free watch once the product is resolved for ALL impacted users?

3. Class action lawsuit?

Samsung Do your job here.  Don't let your loyal customers just twist in the wind.  Last attempt with phone connected added 2 miles and lots of zig zags.  My research shows that apple and garmine watches have usable gps, if anyone wanted to switch platforms.  Address this!  I bought your most expensive watch and getting less use out of it than a fitbit.  Are the other health metrics accurate?  This issue makes me question all of it.  You should rename it the placebo watch.
