Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Body Composition cannot measure since newest update

Since the latest update, I cannot measure my body composition. It measures to 60% and tells me that I need to "Make sure your watch is on tightly and try again." I have tried restarting my watch and phone, making sure my watch is charged and also moisturizing my wrist and fingers along with all the other suggestions I've found online and nothing is working.

Clearing cache and restarting phone and watch did not help. I still get the same error and cannot get past 60%.

Have you tried running all of the Diagnostics in the members support section of the app for your watch?

I did not know I could even do this! So I tried it now and it says my BIA Sensor is not working

Glad you found the problem, I just hope someone has a solution for you because that's way above my pay grade lol. Good luck!

Thank you for the help! The diagnosis thing was a great tip. I am currently following the troubleshooting for the "BIA sensor not working". I'm at the last step of factory reset. Sounds like if that doesn't work, I'll have to contact Samsung because I do not have any local Samsung approved repair stores.
