I have the Watch Ultra SM-L705f and I know there are options for left and right hand, I wear my watch on the underside of my wrist so was hoping that could be added as an option.
It works well on the underside of the wrist but the wake gestures do not work, it should be a simple config change so hopefully this is doable.
My guess would be because the sensors are not making contact with the wrist correctly because gravity is pulling the watch away from your wrist all the time. Maybe try tightening your band? You could also go into your security and privacy settings and turn off wrist detection.
Well that's not what I said, the sensors are working fine, its just the wake activation is not set up for being on the underside of the wrist. I have tested it and it seems to just need a change to the settings so the screen wakes when I am looking at the watch face - it will likely be different accelerometer settings to wake the display.
