Took to service center. Nothing wrong with watch or phone. It's the software update from Samsung. Was told to wait for next update and that should fix it. Contacted Samsung support. They told me it's Verizon's problem. Unbelievable.

Galaxy WatchThank you for that information. I would recommend contacting our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 as they able to remote into your watch and verify the setting are correct and nothing has changed.

Having the same problem on two different watch 6's one watch is connected to an s23 Ultra and the other watch is connected to an A35 5G when Bluetooth and Wi-Fi is off will not remotely connect both have T-Mobile service

My remote connection has not worked since May 2024. Tried everything from factory reset on watch, Taking watch to service center, and had Samsung service remote connect to my phone to try to solve the issue. I'm using Galaxy s24 phone and Galaxy 6 watch.
Putting this out there for people with the same issue.
UPDATE 11-18-24.
Remote connection is now working. Got a notification on my Galaxy s24 phone that my watch wasn't backed up for months. When I went to smart switch to back up my watch it said I needed to update the Samsung cloud service. I did that and now my watch will remotely connect to my phone. I searched for months and there was no where were you could update the Samsung cloud. So this explains there was a problem with Samsung cloud service.
